Hey everyone,
One of my online buds started studying Japanese recently, and he had the idea to get some people we know together and hold a (possibly?) weekly Skype chat to go over the things we'd learned and help each other out with things we don't understand, practice, etc. We don't really have a set time for it yet, but we'll come up with one if we find enough people to do it. Most likely, however, it would be in the evenings. So if anyone would be interested, please let me know!
I'm a bit behind the class, but working on catching up. Since I don't know anyone off-line learning Japanese, this would be a very important recourse. I live in Oregon in the Pacific Time Zone. Just about anytime would work, except Wednesday evening or mornings your time. Weekends would be difficult to know what is going to happen.
Great idea, Leah! I would be happy to join a weekly online group, but realistically speaking I would probably have to do something like that at about 9 PM or later. I could do it most weekdays except for Thursdays. On weekends, I would be able to make it some days, but might be a bit erratic.
Anyone else interested in doing something like this?

I'm interested, but not sure how regularly I could do it. Plus I think I would need to buy some hardware (mic, cam). If you guys set something up, I'll just see if I can participate in whatever schedule you have, so post something when you decide and any changes in the future.
Yosh!
