①「ヒデオチャンネルラジオ」 - Radio show done by Kojima Hideo (creator of the Metal Gear Solid video game series). Sometimes silly (especially the episodes in which they talk about English phrases from MGS games).

④「副島新語」 - Soezimax - A guy working in theatre and some TV who makes many video blogs and puts them on Youtube. There's a ton of videos already up and he adds new ones every now and then. He's a little crazy sometimes, but that's fun right? It's also nice to have video so your eyes can participate as well.

I'll add a couple of favorites, though these are of a different stripe. Last semester when I taught a third-year class, we did a project using Japanese TV commercials, especially ones that had some good conversational elements to it. Here are some of my favorites:
